Ginger Pear Jelly

Okay, so it's more like ginger pear sauce.
I need to work on the pectin part. 
It was fun and messy to make. 
I think my pears were a little too soft, but hey, I'm new at this, now I know.

Our neighbors trees in the background is where this goodness came from

It's delicious and wouldn't you know - it's great on ice cream!
