10/17 Parking Lot or Lack Thereof

For those of you who live in University Place or are familiar with it - the mention of Town Center - brings up all sorts of emotions 
Today I encountered the latest fiasco/irritation -
 the usual parking lot for the library is now a construction zone 
- and I love me some library - 
so today was the first day of "oops that entry is blocked and oh, so is that one" and "good grief where do I park?"
So U.P'ers beware - park below, park carefully and prepare for more inconvenience.


Thoughts on the Town Center? I hope to be a fan someday.
